Epoch wins a FAB Gold Award for Tetley

Last Thursday was a great day for Epoch – as we won our very first FAB Gold Award for our work created for Tetley.
The ceremony was held in the lovely city of Brighton, on the southern coast of England.
To receive the award, we sent two Epochians that worked closely on the project: Benny Brown, Epoch’s Client Services Director; and Ben Mansfield (aka BenDave), one of Epoch’s Associate Creative Directors and the art director behind Tetley’s brand refresh.
We asked both of them what their favourite part was, and here’s what Ben had to say:
Winning the gold was amazing, but that was just the icing on the cake. For me, what made the night so special was being in a room with like-minded creatives from the industry. FAB have moved away from the traditional black-tie, sit-down dinner, creating an event where you can mingle with your peers in a much more natural way. Ben Mansfield, Associate Creative Director
Benny’s view was not much different:
At Epoch, we take our work incredibly seriously - but never ourselves. That's why The FAB Awards felt like home: brilliant work, even better people, and the right amount of energy to remind us we’re in a creative industry! Benny Brown, Client Services Director
He continues: “Winning Gold for our Tetley collaboration was fantastic. Winning it for Effectiveness was even better. Great work shouldn’t just look good, it should work hard too – and tapping into culture to create real value is very much our cup of tea.”
Safe to say that we liked the feeling of winning a FAB Gold Award and we hope this was the first of many to come.
